  1. By the way' date=' u heard it here first-

    - John Rankin and Don Cowie from Ross County are heading to Caley

    - Ian Black and David Proctor from ICT heading to Dundee Utd

Pretty much a done and dusted deal.[/quote']

mabye don cowie but isint rankin wanted bey bigger club than caley like st mirren and dundee utd. celtic were lookin at him just before christmas aswell.

rumours ive heard regarding caley i sthat browns off to dundee utd, and richard brittain is joining.

  2. How will they lose the majority of the land when the final route hasn't been decided? We know that the Milltimber Brae route is the preferred option with a link between there and Stonehaven' date=' but we don't know the specifics.

Okay, so we're going to lose a few organic businesses. Boo hoo. I'm sure those businesses can use the money from compulsory purchase to go and start again elsewhere, so what's the big deal?

Question : Why should organic farming matter more than other forms of farming?[/quote']

cloud, the compensation they will receive will not be to the true value of the land, it takes years and years to make the soil to its best, it has taken these farmers 1000s of hours of labour, large investment, years bulding up a customer base. but hi lets just knock the fuckers pad down, give them a few quid and tell them do drive north

  3. It wouldn't surprise me if it would be more profitable up there' date=' once you consider the amount of EU money that's given to such areas. Obviously that means doing what's profitable rather than doing it because it's been in the family for years - but hey, it's the spirit of capitalism.

It might not be politically correct to say that people should move for the sake of progress, but it's the cold and simple truth. A few farmers (anyone got any links to show complaints by them, incidentally?) can't be allowed to hold back an entire region that will benefit from the AWPR, can they?

The thing is, they know the bypass is coming...instead of fighting it, might it not be best to prepare for the worst and have to move elsewhere as a result? I hear farming in France is very profitable...[/quote']

im a good freind of an organics farmer that is gonna be effected, they will lose the majority of their land to compulsory purchase.

re locatating to the highland isnt a clever suggestion as they would lose all their customers and have to start fresh.

  4. I was going to follow up that with a "you are really Richard Foster' date=' now go away" type gag.

However, you have actually just said that Richard Foster is "clearly a good footballer."

I understand the rest of your sentence is typed in broken pigin English, but you have just said that [b']Richard Foster is "clearly a good footballer."

    Richard Foster? Clearly good?

    I mean, Richard FUCKIN FOSTER????????

    Clearly good?

You are clearly insane. Or clearly don't go to any games.

ive been a season ticket holder for 14 years.

what i mean is mabye richard foster isint good anoth at this level, but i bet he could skin your fucking ass.

muirhead was a good player but he wasnt good anoth for aberdeen

  5. i think people should give foster a break, like calderwood has.

he is clearly a good footballer, hes still young, he quick, he can beat player. and obvously he makes a few errors. i think he will become a good player for us, one we will regret letting go if he doesnt sign a new deal.
