I posted some Samples of tracks I'm working on and also a mix of my new and old tracks.

All Have been recorded at home. The tracks that are 30 second samples are gonig to be recorded in the studio in teh next 2 weeks.

I have to say hes a million times better than I'll ever be. I'm not even into guitars and the type of music he was playig but..........I could tell he was off at points.

Still tho, hes damn good for his age

Underground ?

Underground in "rap" as you all claim they are, means they apear on mixtapes (illegal boot-leg cds) and only release "albums" independant and don't apear in stores.

Underground is Warcloud, Skarekrow, The Professional and many more.

ICP are NOT underground in a "rap" sence. Know your "rap" science ! lol

I don't think I've ever seen ICP on a "rap" DJs wanted list for his mixtape. If they have been on mixtapes its there own or under thier lable !

They have cd's in stores around the world.

There is a difference between independant artists, underground artists, mainstream selling artists.

Independant - Necro, ill Bill, Immortal Technique etc

Underground - Warcloud, Skarekrow, Black sun etc

Mainstream selling artists - Wu-Tang, Jay-z, """ICP""" etc

DON'T get MAINSTREAM SOUND confused with MAINSTREAM selling.

ICP ARE NOT underground in a rap sence.

I don't rate them at all compared to some of the amazing artists being slept on from the UK like Akala, Jehst and Klashnekoff. Also the groups Terra Firma, Arms length and more.

Warcloud ! Wow amazing lyrics, him and The Professional are LA underground rappers, they rap with Wu-Tang some times so people say they are part of the wu fam but they have no cds in stores.

Necro has some nice lyrics but he rated more as a producer because he is a real good producer. ill Bill and Sabac are two of Necros artists under his lable. Both have cd's in stores NOW. 2 of the best white rappers out there.

I've seen Kela live and this guy is amazing, really gets the crowd going.

But I complete get what your sayign. I guess it the same with all music styles. i.e some rap songs haev live bands play there music, some rock songs have well writen lyrics.

Your taking about the rap you hear on the radio.

I could say rock music was crap, by listening to Busted and McFly on the radio.

There are LOADS of rappers out there that never rap about money, guns, cars and................are not on the radio !!! lol.

and some of teh lyrical skill in rap music is AMZAING. What other type of music is there when you think "what lyrical skill", rock - instruments, pop - ? (oops) but you know what i mean
