Young guns were awesome last night! Band of the night for me followed closely by Farewell Singapore.
THIS GIG IS TOMORROW!!! 7PM
Who's comin?!
-
Where and when?
TDOHM were awesome last time they were up! Shame nobody really got into them that much.
-
Luckily you've avoided a champions league night with this one!
Remind me nearer the time and I'll try and get along

Bumpety bump bump!

It's got an extra S on the end of the band name that I noticed
-
Seen Corpses support Kylesa a couple of weeks ago. Didn't really go with the line-up that night but were a crackin live band!

There's a broad taste in music...and there's brokencyde.
I've seen and heard a lot worse!
-
What's one of those?
Still trying to figure that one out...I'll get there one day.
-
i dont understand how you can be into diy grind bands like this and put on something as dreadful as brokencyde.
Funnily enough it's called "having a broad taste in music".
-
Ah ok. I see.
This gig should be awesome though, especially in Snafu!
-
The day before my birthday, and Subhumans the day after it.
Veritable orgy of fresh orange...
Subhumans is MONDAY 7th - 2 days after this.
Might try and make it up for this!

I knew I'd got my info wrong. I've missed them every time they've been in Aberdeen.
-
I was kinda meaning does anyone else have an opinion on Sylosis but some good shouts there. I've tried Romeo Must Die a couple of times before but they keep canceling cos of other dates cancelling around Aberdeen.
Rolo Tomassi need to come back again. Don't think they've been up since either playing with CTS or a Blakfish tour? Someone will correct me on my memory of this.
Take A Worm are a band Sharon (Dizzy Storm) deals with so best to check with her when they may be up next. Had some amazing supports recently like Cancer Bats and Mastadon.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Anyone else?

What are people's thoughts on this band? Would you like to see them in Aberdeen?

The Alexisonfire gig is probs in my top 3 ever. It was such a good night after that Saosin left. My god they were terrible.
When did Himsa play here? I only moved up here in Sept 2007 so I think Alexisonfire was the first proper gig I went to here. Himsa were incredible live. Saw with Architects, Darkest Hour and As I Lay Dying the week before i cam to uni and they totally stole the show. Pettibone is a legend
Saosin are a great band!
Alexisonfire was a big disappointment in my opinion. They were so much better at ABC the night after and even the band said the same.
As I Lay Dying was a great gig, pity Glamour Of The Kill were supporting

There are tickets in One-Up for this. Supports should have theirs this weekend
-
nah he deff didnt. he had to pay for the 3 main bands,
Even though it was have hearts guitarists playing for Shipwreck AD and Have hearts singer wasnt there,
So really there was only one full band, and two mismatched ones, and a huge rider that no one touched.
...Aparently.
American bands never do eat and drink everything on their rider. It's best to speak to the TM first about what they would like rather than give them everything that the agent feels like putting down. Saves money, time and effort in the long run.
