I really hate iTunes only exclusive releases. I don't want to pay money to Apple at all so why would i buy some crappy mp3's from iTunes when i could easily wait for some other sucker to do it and upload it on a p2p network so i can go and download it. If the bands would release it as an EP i would happily buy it as i see the point in releasing unreleased tracks and covers as EPs. Surely more people would buy them that way too.

yeah thats another one that gets me a couple bands i listen to have done this now and like you i have absolutly no desire to give apple any money at all...especially since to actually use it on anything other than itunes/ipod you have to burn it off to a cd the re-rip it onto your computer...its just an unnessecary hassle really

Fortunately Mark Knopfler does it the other way round - he releases his albums with bonus DVDs when they are first released to encourage people to buy them right away.

yeah see i think that would be a good idea purely because it would save people wiating till it was cheap or incase a limited edition version came out and get more sales right away

And another thing, I also hate "Best Of" albums with new tracks.

yeah..thats really bloody annoying

when its just a bonus track yeah its irritating but like you said can download the bonus tracks. whats really annoying is when they decide to re-release an album with a bonus dvd like the new stone sour re-release 6 bonus tracks and dvd...im gonna end up gettin it but its really annoying that i have to when im being penalised for buying the album on the day of release

no thats not what im saying. im saying that basically if the weapon was ever used it would be some form of mass rape in effect. being that people are being forced to other people while in an intoxicated state because of the weapon.

no but i think that psychological implications of dealing with what they have done could lead them to take their own life. especially if because of what they have done they lose their family thanks to the chemicals in that weapon.

well assuming this story isnt a complete lie(which i really hope it is) i dont really see that dropping a bomb on people to affect their orientation and basically making them have sex against their will with people they wouldnt want to do is any better. thinking about the long term affect if the gay bomb was a perment change(or affected some people in such ways) thats whole lives changed/ruined and familes broken apart anyway. and if it was only for a short duration they would still have to live wit what they were doing which for some people might just be too much to bear.

yeah id be agreeing with that from the gigs ive noticed them on. with time+work they could possibly turn out rather good but they(or possibly the managment as i dont know any of them personally) seem to be a bit full of themselves from what ive noticed anyways.

they're not bad from what i remeber (been a while since i heard em and can only get net access at work so cant listen to anything here) pretty average sorta rock band really..nothing amazing nothing terrible.

Anyone else here a fan? i got into him watching time gentleman please (which they seem to be finally releasing on dvd) and although i reckon it seems to be the best work hes done his stand up is still fantastic.

im really quite likeing this album repentance annoys me a bit i reckon its maybe a bit too long but apart from that its all pretty good stuff. the dvd was alright as well
