  1. If you have more strings it doesnt mean its going to be less muddy, stay in tune any better or anything else...It just depends how you setup the guitar (string guage) and what amp (or overdrive/distortion) you're using.

  2. I love playing live, it's good fun and normally a good laugh. I almost never get nervous anymore and I get a good adrenaline buzz going, so when I come off stage I'm a bit hyper and in a good party mood haha. As far as thought process i'm pretty much just trying to hear whats going on. If I fuck up I just laugh.

  3. she tripped over my...PEnis skin.

I hate when people have someones name on email (in the signature for example) and when they reply they still spell it wrong, or they use the last name...The info is right there, just take the time to fucking read it.

  4. People trying to be funny and quote from a film but mis-quoting and, upon being corrected, saying that they knew what the original quote was and that they just wanted to change it (though you know they're fibbing).

haha I can never remember quotes word for word...I dont pretend that I do though.

  5. I do the volume thing, where it has to be an even number...although I let it slide sometimes. I also do the tooth drumming and the password re-typing.

I dont know if its weird but when Im on my own in a good mood I sing about what Im doing or whats going on and make up stupid lyrics. Usually in an over the top 80's metal voice.

  6. People who INSIST on reclining their seat for the entire duration of a long haul flight. Now this may be mainly due to my stature (I'm 6' 5" without heels), but when someone whos feet barely touch the floor decides to slam their seat back the moment they sit down in their emergency exit seat, it bothers me. When I say it bothers me I mean I'm quickly asking my angels that this inconsiderate being breaks both their knees falling down the jetway upon disembarking (only then will they know my pain), loses all of their baggage and is then subjected to a good rubber gloving without a lubricant in sight. For hours. And hours. And HOURS...

Now I'm aware that everyone on the flight has paid for their ticket and as such have the same 33" I have. I'm also aware that it has been through my own free will (but mainly bank balance) that I have chosen to sit in cattle class, and as such I should have to deal with the consequences of this decision. But do they really need to be fully reclined while they eat? Surely that's bad for their digestion? My tray is now at a 45 degree angle, the VDU in the back of their headrest is 2 inches from my sternum and my legs are doing some sort of lower limb origami which is causing a great deal of cramp - in my ass!

So the next time you travel economy spare a thought for the lanky twat that might be squeezed in behind you. He'd travel business class if he could afford it (or perhaps wasn't so thrifty!). Chances are he's not trying to be a dickhead when he asks you to move your seat forward if you're not trying to sleep, are less than 5' 5" tall or eating. Personally I never recline my seat because I know what it's like to be seat raped for 18 hours at 33,000feet. Karma will catch up with you inconsiderates. Hopefuly for hours. And hours. And HOURS...

Yeah, and people who constantly batter the back of your seat (especially when you're trying to sleep).

  7. Also from here I remember seeing The Sloth, who was totally wasted, and was adamant his beast was better than my virgin... Lies!

I was reading this thinking "I was in warehouse, why didnt I see any of these people?" then I read this and now I remember...I was astronomically smashed. I dont know the specs of your guitar at all, I was obviously just being a complete dick.

  8. The only other thing that could cause slipping as well would be if the nut slots have been opened up incorrectly from varying string gauge (I've seen many examples of people putting heavy strings - 12-56 for example - onto guitars that have the nut opened up for 10s.). This would cause some trouble. Normally a needle file is used to evenly open the slot rather than letting a thicker string dig in and opening up the slot in an unbalanced manner.

ooops! Ive done this quite a lot.

  9. I've vaguely familiar with them, boazy used to come back to the flat hammered and put them on and promptly fall asleep in the middle of the floor, muttering about how they were the greatest thing ever. They were pretty cool but a bit slow for me from what i remember, i might yet give them another chance

    good times.

  10. Ja, I havent got into playing with my fingers yet either, I do mess about with it when I play my bass (not often), but I have very little patience so I dont spend long trying to perfect things. I found stuff by the band 'Sleep' good fun to play with my fingers, not sure if you're into them at all...
