Can someone confirm... the brewdog equity scheme isn't actual equity right? you're not buying a stake in the company you could sell on the stock market if they went public? Is

If not, what's the whole point in it? How is the price dictated?

They keep saying they'll list in 2019-2020. At that point you will be able to sell them on the stock market as you would any other AIM company.  The current selling scheme is a way to honour the promise in the prospectus of being able to sell shares, but as they aren't listed it's a bit more convulted then before.

Last time for selling you contact the company to say what shares you were selling and the price, then you sent the documents in after the sale, this time they want it before the sale, causing the mass panic and confusion many people are having.

The stupid thing is that they have known they were going to be having the sale for the best part of the year, but left it to the the week before (before the change in date) to email everyone, citing the info being on the forum missing the point that not everyone goes onto the forum or can easily check the blog posts.

  2. £95 for 2 shares, so £47.50 a share.

Last time we were looking at selling 20 and set the price at £95, ended up getting £125. It does work itself out, there's a lot of oh woe is me stuff on the forum with regards to the way the price is derived, but as they haven't listed on the AIM then this is the best way to do it, and the price does work itself out. There was one guy who was always moaning about Brewdog way of doing things, but set his sell price too high so missed out on selling.

  3. Consensus on the forum is about £70.

I've already sent my stuff off to sell my shares, went for £47.50 as that's what a share was worth for EFP4, although would like to keep some for the discount in the bar. I sold the last time so already doubled the money I spent on them.  You can amend the price on the day of the sale.

    2. Middlesbrough - made me pine for Great Yarmouth.

    5. Sandhaven

Yup Middlesbrough is shit, although I have bungee jumpedfrom the transporter bridge and did a night rally driving course there.

My dad is from Sandhaven so spent a lot of time there, it's no Pitulie.

    4. Dijon - slap bang in the middle of france with no redeaming features. most places in France have something going, either the mountains or the sea or a lake. Dijon has fuck all. My least favourite mustard too.

I went there for a meal when staying in Beaune. Seemed ok but then there was some big event on when I was there.

  5. Whenever I think of Twin Peaks, I think of Tuesday night on BBC 2, Quantium Leap at 9pm followed by Twin Peaks.  Then X-Files came along and took that time slot.

Don't forget to watch the film afterwards, even though it preceeds the series, but doesn't make sense if you watch it first.

People who think typing Amen on a picture of a burnt baby is actually going to do anything. Also, the people who start that kind of horrible shit. This weird modern hunger  for likes at its most extreme.

    "100k people liked my picture!"

Well done. You found a picture of a dead baby on Google and shared it with the world.

Also the thing of mocking up a fake conversation with brand/restaurant/person in power (see facebook dude) where the person will get something if they get so many likes, shares and comments, just a whole look at me i'm important exercise.

  7. 1, Spellbound Dizzy - I spent far too much time playing this on my CPC 464 and speccy emulators (in fact any Dizzy game could be here).

2, Metal Gear Solid - Playstation version

3, Monkey Island - Could be any one really, but mainly the first one.

4, GTA 2 London - Loved the fact you could drive round London doing all the Italian Job missions.

Final Fantasy 10 - Good sub game of Biltz Ball.

Special mentions - Head Over Heels (never did complete it), Batman: The Movie (Ocean 1989 game again CPC 464), any Tony Hawks game, Jet Racer/Moto, Bomberman, Micro Machines (both with Multi tap on PS in Uni halls)
