I agree that that is a totally fucked up situation. Obviously the mother has no sense of responsibility, and i fully agree that children should be banned from smoking areas. Incidently were you sitting in the restaurant part of the monkey house? and if so why the hell do bar/restaurants still allow people to smoke in areas where food is being eaten? the sooner that bill is passed (i know there is some kind of bill governing this) the better.

I would say the same for McDonalds. I worked there for six years and had some great fun, only left when i was dreading going into work. It was the same with when i worked in a video shop, but that was also partly down to those bloody sunbeds and a very haphazard way of running things.

yeah you can do everything with a dvd rewriter that you can with a cd one. you can get dvd rewriters for about 50 quid now. try the manufacturers web site for the driver, and see if there is a new version of the firmware available to download.
