  1. hmmm MMW and SPIKE playing a gig together have u lost ur mind??? I can't speak for the rest of them but i think the answer is HELL NO!!!! (that the light verson!)

It could well prove to be a worthwhile gig to be honest, im sure it would pull in a fair crowd and be a fun night out for plenty of people. You could even have a clappometer which blows up balloons and the winner would be the band who gets the biggest cheer/their balloon pops first...

    No?

Ah fuck it, it was just a thought

  2. Takes alot more balls to create music that jake does. MMW on the other hand creates music that's endorsed in mtv. I would be very embarased indeed if i wrote music targeted

at a teen audience. It's whole existence is an insult to my intellegence via the lyrics and style of music it represents. Fuck record lable trends altogether and let "proper" musicians

that write music get more spotlight.

Hey dan if you can't accept others opinions then you shouldn't be in the music business.

That's what music is all about OPINION ;)

once again you prove yourself to be nothing more than an idiot. i must admit i was enjoying this thread without the insults, but rune really had to have this pointed out to him (again)

RUNE! think before you post, ye cretin

  3. well' date='

we didn't think there was a market for a dedicated extreme night in Aberdeen, but we were prepared to listen to people who said there was.

    [/quote']

it could have somthing to do with having a club night on a tuesday...

  4. Yeah' date=' at it again. This time it's 4 songs on a comp. cassette, released in Belarus by the same guy who did the "Anticomfort" tape. 50 songs in total, bands featured are Malignant Tumour (Czechs based in Holland), Funeral Shock (U.S.), Spike Pile Driver (Scotland), Cluster Bomb Unit (Germany), Personkrets 3:1 (Sweden), Disface (Spain), Born/Dead (U.S.), Dios Hastio (Peru), Neolithium (Sweden), Human Error (Hungary), Atomgevitter (Scotland), Distress (Russia), Midas (France), Easpa Measa (Ireland), Migra Violenta (Argentina), Drie Lagen (France), Human Power (England) and one other band (names in Russian, can't write Russian). I'm punting this one for 1.50.[/quote']

sold! put me down for one of those mate

  5. haven't heard Dave play Snow Patrol ever in exodus (although i'm sure he probably has). I'm sure the music will be great and perfect for dancing. It's just luck of the draw that Halloween is on a Monday. It's going to be a great night if everyone doesn't whinge about the music and just has fun.

Yeah fair enough I agree with that. No offence meant to Dave at all. My point was just that unlike most Mondays its not going to just be the normal Vice crowd (remember there is a hard rock/metal gig just before hand)

Chances are Ill be so pissed I wont care what im dancing to

    mon the snow patrol!

  6. You're seriously just having a Vice night?

    That's spectacularly disappointing.

i agree. whilst im sure vice is fantastic an all...

but last years halloween was a great laugh and music much more along like lines of a flying circus night. i dont really feel like getting dressed up and dancing to snow patrol...
