i thought the support were fuckin shite and pretty samey boring although i'll give them 100% for giving it a go. It was one of the bands members birthdays i think they were jus celebrating after the singer having a fuckin shite year.

Anyway i thought the sound to start off with was a wee bittty piss.

I find it hard to believe after all this time that it's not going to be their anymore...i remember playing my 1st gig in castlegate alongside Psycho-ago-go with my bro's in our covers band 'Oneway'. And remember playing an Audio Dropouts night last January in 'Soul Doubt'. Just recently celebrating Andy Mo' of My Decaying Legs birthday on the 10th. It was the only place i played and never once felt nervous about making a mistake cuz the atmosphere was so just so friendly....so many memories!

I listened to some stuff on their website and they seem to have a kickass drummer and they seem really, really tight. gd music, gd luck to them!

first off... from seeing you in person in the Maltie i would never have expected you to sound like this!

Anyway it is alot better than i was thinking it was gonna be, not that i'm saying your shite of course.

I think the acousic gtr could do wiv some changes EQ wise i think it sounds too prangy if you know wot i mean?

Alot of ppl take the piss outta singing in the shower but technically it's one of the best places cause sometimes the acoustics can be gr8 well i find that anyway maybe i got a magical bathroom.

i was merely pointing out that the gate on the drums wasn't enough an it was a nightmare to mix it as their was too much bleeding through. We booked 7 hours and we'd been rehearsing for two weeks prior. All i needed was the recording done 'dry' so i could add everything else later.

I just think their getting a bit pricey. I hear it's 14 an hour for rehearsals now?

considering the mill is 25 last time i heard...i dont think it's reasonable considering u get use of 70grands worth of gear!

I have nothing against tom's...but the recording we did rushed or not wasn't up to scratch wen i went to mix it, not enough gate...the drums were a nightmare!
