they are both not very good.

im sure some or all of clive ravensby could record something, but it would be on 4-track or minidisc, if thats ok. i'd also have to ask the other gentlemen in the band if its a-ok with them, that is if you want us on it.

if you cats like john zorn and mr bungle etc you should try and find the Hemophiliac CD. its a 2disc collaboration between Zorn, mike patton and ikue mori, limited to 2500(i think) copies, each copy signed by the "band."

it came out a while ago so it may be sold out.

i have been listening to the blood brothers, gybe! - f#a#~, cat power - myra lee,hemophiliac,naked city and an amazing singer/songwriter called ISH MARQUEZ.

richard from cr's vote goes to dedalus, after seeing them @ the lemon tree and improving @ sonic deth monkey, twas super.. and oh my this looks suspect after just being voted for by daveofficer, and ahhh this is like the brown paper bag incident which just occured....but i swears i really do think dedalus are the best newcomer 2004.

aw shucks. the synth thing you mention is a microKORG, and cost just under 300ish.

hohoho, at the moment clive ravensby is totally improvised each night, but we are gonna write some pieces and re chord them. come see us on wednesday 1st october@kef, doors 7pm, and say hello.

clive ravensby use a synth,keys,drum machine,sampler and all that jazz.

as well as the usual 4 person line up.

but we're not really that usual.

it really was a good show last time @ lava. first congo line i've seen at a gig too.

clive ravensby would be interested in playing, but we don't have a demo, and if this shindig is @ drakes, then we are playing on the 22nd (i thinK), so i dont know if theres any rule about playing dates that are close but um...yeah.

shuriken are a fun band to watch.

i would offer clive's services for the tbc slot, but i don't think it would go down well.
