  1. Yet again you have added nothing to the debate' date=' close minded? I state the facts, you don't.

Didnt say i was the biggest fan, yet more presumptions. All i stated was i know alot about him. Wrong again. I know what i'm talking about.

Having better things to do? Is that some sort of excuse for your ignorant reply?

Seems like you aren't even big enough to admit you were wrong, stop wasting my time.

So me stating the facts against other users is wrong? Please state why actual fact from an interview with black flag makes me wrong? This information is from the band members not

    me.[/quote']

If i'm adding nothing to your debate, and i'm wasting your time, why are you humoring me? Put your toys back into the pram.

  2. By resorting to insults means you lose the argument' date=' i rest my case and wont be drawn into your ignorant behaviour. This only goes to prove you know nothing about the real debate and have yet again lost the debate. Well done[/quote']

Or perhaps it means that I had better things to do than sit about bickering with people on the internet - i.e. getting back to work.

I was only implying that your replies to many of the opinions stated comes accross as closed-minded and arrogrant - not least your assumption that you are like, the biggest Rollins buff in the world EVER. It's not a debate if you simply reject everything that any other participants care to input.

  3. Seems you don't know what respect is' date=' morals also. Obviously in your book it's ok to go back on your own morals. Seems to me you don't know what the difference between right and wrong is. Since when is the memphis three a charity? It's a cause. You really don't know what you're talking about. Your knowledge on black flag and henry rollins is lacking.

I didn't even state the band would pay for it, i was being SARCASTIC. Some people just don't get it[/quote']

Especially those with their heads up their own anus....

  4. Yeah lets be like all the other cool kids' date=' sell out, make lots of cash. Fuck morals, who needs morals keilan when you got lots of cash and a lack respect in the music world.

Fuck that Sounds to me like you're part of the sell out problem within the trendy community of pop kids[/quote']

You're right. I'd much rather be broke but have the respect of the 'music world'...

Who gives a shit what the 'music world' think of you. Is that going to pay for your house, your holidays, for your kids to go to Uni? Why should be sit about contemplating how punk rock he is when he could be out hosting a monster truck programme? Hell I know what i'd rather be doing.

And FYI - just because the profits from the tour went to charity, doesn't mean the band had to pay for it...

  5. Oh it'll be just like our adventures to the QM and the Barrowlands to see them! I am so excited. You can come stay with me Stephen if you like - I promise not to sleep for the entire time that you're there this time :) Also, I couldn't get Henry Rollins tickets. There were only single seats left :(

Neil - who are you coming down with?

  6. I thought Twofold were pretty boring, and didn't really excite me very much - but each to their own. I enjoyed Capdown, but the highlights of the set by far, for me, were the old songs, and that generally doesn't bode well for any band IMO. I think they're great guys, but from the gig last night, I wouldn't go any see them again any time soon.

I thought the 44s were amazing as always. For better than twofold, for me anyway. But i'm so biased it hurts.

Thanks for buying tons of merch last night btw everyone. The guys were totally chuffed.

  7. The 44s were indeed fantastic last night. In T-in-the-park stylee the bouncer stopped letting folk into the room with the bands because it was too packed. Bad Dancer were wicked. Suzi looks so small, and then this huge voice comes out of her, and you're like 'wow'.

I can't wait until Monday in Aberdeen. Pretty interested to hear what capdown have been doing in the wilderness years.

  8. The gig was immense. They were doing it in surround sound with speakers all round the venue which was a bit of a head trip - but totally fantastic. What a cool venue - it's an old church for those who haven't been.

I thought Julia 13 were wicked. They create such a wall of sound, and their singer has an amazing voice. Aerogramme were outstanding as always, and the venue suited them to a tee. It was great to see the show sold out as well. The new stuff is fab.

Cottiers is closing at the end of the year for a 2 year refurb btw. so you won't be able to play there any time soon. And it's Cottiers - not 'the cottier'.
