I was watching a VL-10 on ebay last week, it went for 35. Just need the Kraftwerk calculator to complete my collection

Just saw the video for Peep Peeps on YouTube, now that's quality
I remember going into the Old Kings Highway next to R&B a couple of years ago. Was full of old men. The whole place went quiet in a sort of "are you local?" manner and we just walked out

There are a lot of bands that have played a million times, playing again, but I noticed that happens all the time at Festivals. Line-up is better than last year. Looking forward to Maiden again but most of all, Dream Theater. They should headline instead of the crappy MCR

This is an awesome album, just as good as the first two which I enjoyed as much as each other. Knocked Up is the best KOL yet after Slow Night, So Long

I've not heard any tracks of it yet. I've got Rust In Peace in the car just now, damn Holy Wars makes you want to drive fast!

What can I say, Maximo Park have done it again! I've still got the new Kings of Leon album to listen to too

ATKINSON, N.H. (Mar 12, 2007)
Brad Delp, the lead singer for Boston, a huge rock sensation in the 1970s, was found dead Friday in his home, police said. He was 55.
Atkinson, N.H., police responded to a call for help at 1:20 p.m. and found Delp dead. Lt. William Baldwin said in a statement the death was "untimely'' and there was no indication of foul play.
Delp sang vocals on Boston's 1976 hits More than a Feeling and Long Time. He also sang on Boston's most recent album, Corporate America, released in 2002.
He joined the band in the early 1970s after meeting Tom Scholz, an MIT student interested in experimental methods of recording music, the group's official website said. The band enjoyed its greatest success and influence during its first decade.
The band's last appearance was in November 2006 at Boston's Symphony Hall.
On Friday night, the band's website was taken down and replaced with the statement: "We just lost the nicest guy in rock and roll.''
My mum told me after I got back from Glasgow this weekend. Absolutely gutted. The world has a lost a great great singer

Anyone recommend any other ones apart from the Garage and Cathouse?

I heard about this, pretty disgraceful. It can only take a minority to give everyone a bad rep.
At least with Nickelback a few years ago it was understandable

Is there only seating tickets left?

Lars was a pretty good drummer, though still far from the best. He just seems a lot slower now. I watched a clip of them playing Battery in '98 and Lars was terrible, couldn't keep up the double bass at all

i though it was one of the funniest things i`ve ever seen!!!
I agree. Saw it last night and it comes close to Dumb & Dumber as the funniest film of all time. Some of it is just plain wrong but that's what makes it!

I'll have to hear the new Spock's Beard album (which is meant to be one of their best I've heard) first

Bands should concentrate on making their on pages look half decent, rather than relying on a cheap looking website to promote their songs. And quite frankly, a lot of people will befriend a band just because they think it makes them look cool

Right I was thinking of getting an Ash American Deluxe Tele as my next geetar. Wondering if there are any superior Tele's worth considering around the same price mark

I've never been really interested in listening to it, but it is really well composed and organised. Plus I enjoyed playing it with the school orchestra

Man a lot of bands struggle to keep the magic going with their 3rd release but not Electric Six. Highly recommended if you liked the first two albums which were both as good as each other imo, and a cool cover too

It actually makes you appreciate St Anger a little more (but not much if you hate it)

It is a joke in itself that people even consider(ed) them a joke band. If you seen them live you would of been blown away. It's a shame, but I'm not sure if they could continue
