A bassist, second guitarist and vocalist are what we are looking for. Ideally you will have previous recording experience and are able to learn/write parts pretty quick as we are looking to book in recording for a few days in late September. A number of songs have already been written, so we are looking to complete the line up and get recording/gigging all in the next few months. We need committed musicians who are willing to practice 3 or 4 times a week for a few hours at a time (as we have access to a rehearsal space 24/7 at no cost) , as well as being able to contribute to recording and band costs. Pretty wide range of sounds and influences on the tracks we have written so far so diversity is important. Influences include (these really are just a few) QOTSA, Foo's , At the Drive In , Nirvana , Pearl Jam, Radiohead , Fugazi , Sonic Youth , My Bloody Valentine , Smashing Pumpkins, Jeff Buckley , Reuben, Black Flag , Pixies , Stooges , Dinosaur Jr. We are looking to try out anyone interested asap.
