The Ghost Of Fudge

Fudge Aberdeen and the Moorings Bar present:

Saturday 8th September - ‘Release Your Kraken' with Fudge's Kraken-Tag-Team-DJ-Duo.

ANTI VIGILANTE

"ANTI VIGILANTE have had universal praise for their new album, 'TEMPEST' released at the start July. It is a beast of a record and will turn heads and switch opinions, many times, more of a hardcore album than traditional skapunk, I should have expected it when they asked to support Sepultura last year." - Their Booker

Four-piece skacore mash up from Milton Keynes. Since forming in 2004 the band has played extensively across the UK alongside the likes of Leftover Crack, Strung Out, Capdown, Random Hand, The King Blues and Ghost of a Thousand as well as embarking on UK wide tours with The Skints, We Are The Union, The JB Conspiracy and Dirty Revolution.

Their style owes as much to low strung... hardcore noise as it does to the UK skacore scene that came before them, creating a dynamic that shows potential to achieve a great deal in their genre.

BIG CHEESE ALBUM REVIEW - 4 STARS :

"just listening to this conjures up images of a festival pit heaving and seething, resulting in plumes of dust, (or should that be cascades of mud). That scenario will no doubt become a reality as the band have already been picked up by Mike Davies for a Radio One Punk Show session, The pace is relentless and the guitars are a wall of sound that capitulate then reassert their authority once the horn section and percussion have had their say. Having your say is what this album is all about and it is delivered with all the piss and vinegar that is required to properly do just that"
