The existing descriptions sound as though they should be read in a mid-atlantic radio voice of the sort you used to find on Northsound adverts.eg. Gigs and Events Announcements is currently described this way:The forum for announcements and discussion regarding past and upcoming gigs, workshops and other events related to the local music scene.Why not just say?: Promote your local gigs, workshops and events here.Networking is described like this:Are you a band looking for a gig or offering a gig swap? Are you a promoter looking for bands to book?
