The internet on my phone barely works and hasn't for about 2 or 3 weeks, and I have to press retry 4 or 5 times to even send a text most times. Dunno if it's related to the problem you're having. O2 customer services updated all my settings, then blamed the phone, which admittedly was 2 or 3 years old. So I bought a new one, from the O2 shop no less, and I still have the same problems.
