foxeym Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 house in garthdee, looking for someone to take on a single room, its not massive but we all spend most of our time in the living room, we are all a little nuts so keep that in mind. rent is 235 pm and aprox 20/30 a month on bills. there are 4 of us already so would be a fifth person. will confirm rent asap with my housemate who is in the room atm. foxeym Posted May 22, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 my flat mate has told me its 225 for the single room, any interest let me know, lease till September and then will be renewed, 5 mins walk from garthdee campus, 10 mins to asda, can get 3 different buses to town, 2 go into the bridge of don.
