It is about 72x30 cm and is very sturdy. there is a slight slope on the board for ease of foot;)It comes with it's own fitted flight case which is deep enough to use for carrying other bits and bobs such as guitar cables and strings/tools etc etc. I've spent the last 30 mins trying to upload pix for you, but can't get the damn thing to work.
