What about Drummonds? Now that it is undergoing new ownership and all that?

Late licence, walk in trade, ample dance floor and live band stage...

It's a good idea in theory, but again, it's The Tunnels who now take care of the bookings and they love to have total ownership of all weekend events, it appears. I think I need to sit down with the appropriate people and try to convince them it's a good idea.

The walk-in trade would be the problem (possibly)?

Only if it was morons who came in and made an issue out of the DJ not having any Stone Roses or Ian Brown songs. Otherwise, it would be distinctly non-exclusive.

Coolness, I hope this goes well. Ye Olde club nights at the Tunnels were always very enjoyable (and well attended) evenings out, from what I recall.

I have a date provisionally booked for before christmas. So I ought to have confirmation this week! :)
