The shows were as fresh and exhilarating as in 1979 with new material and classics like Teenage Kicks, Wednesday Week, Jimmy, Jimmy, My Perfect Cousin and Here Comes The Summer being rapturously received. The band now play selective shows worldwide, attracting old fans, and many younger ones intrigued by their influence on new pop/punk bands such as Sum41, The Hives and Green Day.
