delboy Posted November 8, 2006 Report Share Posted November 8, 2006 oh aye watched the highlights - superb, even better that fergie didnt field the reserves they started with 10 internationals. still they dont really care about the carling cup (although ITV were embarrasingly trying to ham up the competition) its more a tournament for your lower league teams and crappy premiership sides. but a great win for southend nonetheless and the boy eastwood certainly knows how to thump the ball!
