framheim Posted May 3, 2006 Report Share Posted May 3, 2006 £300 a month for a share of a flat is a bit much considering your earnings. you can get good 2 bedroom flats for about £400 - £450 if you look hard enough. now's a good time to look as well. summer's crap as returning students snap em up.grab a mate and take a look at the aspc website: http://www.aspc.co.uk/do the rounds of the solicitors as well, they usually publish a weekly listing of all their rental properties.incidentally, anyone want to sell me a flat? i'm being kicked out of mine in two months as the landlady's selling up but it's a bit too pricey for us to buy off her.
