french_disko
I got it for 9.99 in WH Smith a couple of months back and thought I'd got a bargain - only to notice it on CD-WOW the other day for that price! I agree about buying full price DVDs - it pays to wait until Play, CD-WOW or blahdvd drop their prices.
Guest DustyDeviada
You can usually get stuff even cheaper on CD-Wow as well. Check out this link for a $2 discount:http://www.uiowa.edu/~cqi/uiedp.htmlIn theory you need to be an employess of the University of Iowa to use it, but I've used it loads of times. Also, you can use your Nectar points to buy stuff off CD-Wow, the only uselful thing I've found for them so far. I'd managed to collect 16,000 of them which equates to £75 worth of stuff from CD-Wow.Getting back on topic I saved even more cash by recording No Direction Home to DVD when it was shown last year.Yes, I am your stereotypical thrifty aberdonian. Guest bluesxman
I'm awaiting the day when some audit is done of the University Of Iowa employees who claim discounts and Dusty Deviada and his accomplices are rumbled and a USA vs. Scotland war ensues a la the South Park movie over the moral turpitude.....
