The Apple help advice seems to be 'reset by activating hold switch on and off then press menu and select buttons to reset' over and over again no matter which link you go to....have tried this and all that happens is the Apple logo comes up for a bit then it switches off again...anyone else had this happen and could it be fixed? Maybe you could take it back, get your money back, and buy a non-apple product that would be reliable and cheaper? That would be my plan.
