Boss FDR-1 Deluxe Reverb (excellent pedal, but currently surplas to requirements) mint cond. boxed: 65 Analogue delay (nameless) Very robust pedal, similar sound to old Boss analogue delay, Have gigged with this for a year as my only delay pedal, and found it superb for 50's slapback/ country sounds: 15 Danelectro Fish & Chips 7 Band EQ pedal (used this for a year as a vol/treble boost for lead and worked well) 15 Weber Mass Attenuator. This is big version with the inbuilt dummy speaker. Can be set to 2,4 8, or 16 ohms to match your amp. Unbelievable sound. This is the 100w version. Only slight issue is the speaker pot is a bit stiff, and can crackle when turning. However, this doesn't affect the functioning of the unit at all, and it sounds superb. Only selling because I mainly play weddings and functions where a unit like this is unneccessary. looking for 100

My amp (Fender Deville) has a faulty mains cable which needs replaced. It's not a kettle lead type, but is soldered into the amp. I need this replaced as soon as possible - any suggestions as to who I could go to? I'm going to try Atmosphere Lighting & Sound tomorrow, but any suggestions helpful. I guess it would be a 10 minute job, and that any electrician could do it - anyone know anyone who could do this by the weekend?

Hi folks I'm a long time strat player looking for a Les Paul copy to have around the house. I've been looking at the options on the market, and it seems to boil down to Epi, Tokai, Yamaha or Vintage. Don't know much about Vintage, but am tempted by their Peter Green replica - Lemon Drop. I'm assuming that all the Les Paul Copies are Chinese jobs with pretty much the same specs - although I see Vintage have Trevor Wilkinson on board which seems like an added bonus with the hardware on that guitar. Anyone tried comparing these guitars or have any opinions??

Just curious. A few folk are saying George Norval is a good teacher,but no-one has said much about why someone is a good teacher. Can anyone explain exactly what George Norval or the other good teachers actually teach (cleff? TAB? songs and riffs? exercises?) I'm self taught and have often thought about advanced jazz based lessons for myself, and beginner's lessons for my son...

Established local wedding/function band requires a keyboard player as existing keyboard player is leaving. We have been gigging for six years, and average 4 weddings a month. Our set includes the usual wedding stuff, covering 50s rock 'n' roll, southern rock, country, soul, pop.... We also do four Scottish sets- Gay Gordons, Strip the Willow etc. Backing vocals would be a plus,but not necessary, more important is having gear,transport, and being reliable.
