  3. Hello! If anyone requires their lovely guitar to be setup or just tweaked i can do this for you at very reasonable rates. I have had experience in this due to the fact that i hate the prices that "guitar shops" charge and not getting a very good service, so i decided to branch out and learn how to do it. As i'm a Guitar Tutor in a very respectable school, i am in contact with my students everyday so i see lots of guitars that requiring tweaking or whatever the student requires so i do this for them and not charge them the Earth - and they get a very good service. I only charge once you have inspected the guitar and are completely happy with the result. I do take a few days longer to do this service as i believe in taking my time and treating your guitar like its my own beloved machine. Normally its 10 - 12 day turnaround. Anyway if you have any questions feel free to email me at keithmitchellguitar@hotmail.co.uk Thanks again Keith
  4. Hi there, I'm a professional Guitar Tutor and Session Guitarist and am offering Electric and Acoustic Guitar lessons based in my studio in Aberdeen. I cover any level from beginner to advance, i cover mostly all styles from Rock, Pop, Country, Jazz etc. I can help you sight read music and also develop your aural perception (ear training) and help you improvise to find your "voice" on the guitar. Lessons are in 1 hour slots and are a flat 20 per hour, which includes all teaching material and backing tracks on CD for you to practice at home. I'm registered with the Registry of Guitar Tutors if you search there and look up Aberdeen, you'll find me and the levels that i currently teach at (my name is Keith Mitchell) I have been playing guitar for 17 years , 4 years professionally and have graduated from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford. Any questions feel free to ask or email me at keithmitchellguitar@hotmail.co.uk Thanks Keith

  7. Hey there, I'm a 33 year old guitar player looking for others to jam with live or just in the room. I love all music and enjoy playing all styles from heavy rock, classic rock, good ol blues, jazz and others!! Let me know if anyone's interested Keith
  8. Hey there, Yeah i wouldn't go for Fender amps as your right, they won't suit. You can use them, just like any amp, but your not going to get that gritty uber rock tone you want. Fenders are great clean wise, nothing better out there apart from some boutique amps but for overall sound i'd go for Mesa Boogie or if thats too much cash for you i'd pick the actual dedicated rock amp of Randall. They have a good tone and not too expensive. Good luck dude
