FOAMO Since the last time Foamo played Everything Else Sucks back in May 2009 he has released 'Centavo' on Fat! Records, 'Wardance' on Skint Records and alongside Lee Mortimer 'Superman' on Warehouse Music. The 22 year old from London has also been busy remixing the likes of Crookers, Drop the Lime and also Diplo & Laidback Luke's massive track 'Hey'. His production and remix work has found support from Annie Mac, Zinc and the Crookers. As well as being a resident at Chew the Fat! in London, Foamo is also this their resident this summer at Space Ibiza where he will play alongside Felix da Housecat, Riton, Steve Aoki, Simian Mobile Disco and Groove Armada. The last year has seen some great nights with guest like A1 Bassline, Malente, Hostage and Strip Steve amongst others. Our guests have all killed it but if it wasn't for our residents Djamba and Eezma then Everything Else Sucks simply wouldn't be the night it is today. Last year he headlined the Overkill stage at Glade and this year he played before Boys Noize in the Annie Mac Presents tent at Rockness and will play the Arcadia Afterburner at Glastonbury before coming to Origin. On the production side Hostage has been hard at work releasing tracks on Dopefish, Nightshifters and Skint Records. Tracks such as Valhalla and Dub My Disco have been causing a big stir in the electro world and his latest track Dubtch is a bass hungry electro bomb! Everything Else Sucks is proud to present Hostage(Roccodisco). His record bag will contain nothing but the filthiest, most thumping electro house which, he has hand selected and also produced himself for his set in Aberdeen. Hostage is an active producer and seems to release a new track every week. The likes of Felix Cartel and The Bloody Beetroots have remixed some of Hostages work. In the last few months he has played in Vienna, Sydney, New York and LA. In summer of 2008, Hostage played Death Disco @ the Arches with Mylo. The Man from Edinburgh has also previously played with Nightmoves(Kitsune) and Duke Dumont(Turbo) at one of the infamous Prostitutes and Policemens nights in Manchester. Hostage will be joined with the Everything Else Sucks resident DJ's Calum Stuart, Djamba and kidProquo. We will be kitting out both rooms at The Tunnels with massive sound systems and with an eletric lighting set up to make this the best Everything Else Sucks to date. For only 3 you will be welcomed into room 2 at The Tunnels from 11pm - 3am to hear some filthy dirty electro supplied by some of Aberdeen's top DJ's Calum Stuat, Click and kidProquo. One of Aberdeen's most well known and respected DJ's kidProquo will be headlining the opening night of Everything Else Sucks. KidProquo is one part of Aberdeen's most well known night Radio Skool. KidProquo or Pro as he's known to his friends has played all over the world and warmed up for the likes of Erol Alkan, Giles Peterson, Lady Sovereign and Radio Clit. If you've been to Snafu to get some audiotainment you'd know that Pro will play almost anything as long as you dance to it. Warming up for kidProquo is Iain 'Click' Morrison. Iain, is originally from Aberdeen but is now living the GlasVegas life but is more than happy to come and play to a raving dance floor in the Deen. Iain has a residence spot in Glasgow and also plays mix's for a Glasgow University radio station. Next month he will be warming up for Wylie and Kissy Sell Out. Opening the night will be Calum Stuart. Calum has been playing 3 hour fortnightly sets at Transition Skate park for a few months now and these Friday nights have been getting so popular amongst skateboarders and ravers.
