Versatile bass player required for cover/function band with a wide ranging repertoire of over 60 songs (and with plans to expand further), covering modern pop, motown, soul, 80's, 70's, 60's, oldies etc. etc. A bit of (almost) everything really. We need someone who is comfortable playing the cheesier classics as well as with the fact that we use backing tracks to fill in strings/brass and other parts in order to reproduce many musical styles. Drummer with decades of experience - 36 years old - a degree in music performance and looking for the right band, or people with similar mind-set. Ideally i'd find a good working cover band in need of a talented and well rounded drummer but i'd be more than willing to start one should the right people appear. Possibly classic rock and blues rock... what do you have in mind artist and song-wise? I'm really looking only for the fun and cash aspect - i've no interest in playing dindgy venues in the hope of becoming famous - so i'm open to ideas.
