i used to have an american girlfriend, we had endless arguements about the gig/show thing, according to her a gig was going to see bon jovi at a stadium while a show was in a bar or DIY etc, i think everyone will agree that she had it the wrong way round.

i would just like to add here that i got in a fight with their singer. he headbutted me when i saw them in edinburgh because i was looking distinctly unimpressed by them and when he jumped into the crowd and knocked into me i shoved him away. which was when he headbutted me and then ran away. i confronted him about it outside and he tried to denigh it, if your going to do stuff like that. at least be like 'YEAH I DID SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT'. what happened to rock and roll?

It is, but music rules a lot of subcultures. And while the band don't force people, their lyrics have huge influences on their fans.

people are fans because they already agree with the lyrics you idiot. people relate to music because they RELATE TO IT

if you have anarchist opinions of course your going to end up listening to crass etc because they are talking about something you believe in and it makes you feel less alone.

regardless of our, or any other bands 'intentions' its up to the listener to make what they want though. to be honest if someone goes home after hearing wifebeater and beats their wife because of it. they are an asshole and probably would of done so anyway.

ok rite, im the wifebeater bass player and also one of the prime musicians of the band, ive kept quiet throught any of the forums talking about this band, because of wanting to keep jakes idea of keeping this band ambiguous of our place on our stance on our polotics on our actual beliefs.

i have a beautiful girlfriend that i would give the world for. i have NEVER EVER rised my hand to a girl EVER. and never will. i love my mum more than anything and she would do anything for me ragradeless of how much she offers to help me out but i refuse due to my respect for her and the fact i want to keep my own way.
