  1. Next episode is:

    1304 - Eat, Pray, Queef

Someone played an April Fools joke on the boys and it didn't go over well. Butters is incapacitated, Cartman is furious and the rest of the boys are afraid someone might do it again.

    Too good!

  2. like i said, i like the xcerts, good lads, good friends, good tunes, and its a good thing that you do this, i just think its funny that you don't really use this site for much else. hahaha

Like lewis said, as soon as there is a whiff of xcerts news, you are on it.

Too right! They are one of my favourite bands. But yes, you have a very fair point.

  3. I was actually waiting for someone else to post about the album but since it didn't come, I thought I'd do it myself. I go to quite a lot of local gigs and I'm sorry if The Xcerts are one of the only bands I think are worth shouting about. Especially as I have supported them for a good few years now.

  4. The Xcerts are releasing their album on 30th March 2009 and personally I can't wait. After seeing them progress over the last few years from it is unsurprising they are being tipped as one of the main bands to look out for in 2009.

They will be playing an instore gig in 1up on Monday 30th March 2009 and play the Tunnels at night to launch their album. Both these gigs are free so definitely worth going to.

A real home-grown musical success story from Aberdeen!

  5. I am a student from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and I also own a marketing company in Aberdeen which currently produces A3 paper placemats for Aberdeen Universitys Hub (the main canteen of Aberdeen University) where over 12,000 students eat at every month. The placemats go on every single tray in the Hub and I was wondering if anyone would be interested or knows anyone taking an advertising space to promote their business to students.

One advertising space only costs 100 per month and I have put below a prototype placemat below to give you a better understanding of the concept. The placemats are updated on a monthly basis and we dont hold you to a lengthy contact, just one month at a time. You will also get full exposure on our website which is currently under construction.

The first edition of Adspad will be launched in April so we would require graphics by the end of the week at the latest. We already have 8 other advertisers and we are only looking for 2 more so if you are interested get in touch with glenn@adspad.co.uk.

    Thank you:cheers:

  6. It just ruins the whole show standing next to a ginger.

    Anyway... pet hate- this email:

System Administrator- Your mailbox is over its size limit.

Uni email I only get like 20mb of emails which is ridiculous.

    Grrrrrrr....

  7. I love my life. So looking foward to my birthday night out, falls on a student night. Wizard.

Hopefully you wont repeat your 16th Birthday antics but knowing you Craig I wouldn't be surprised.

Take it easy with the bum love this time.

My best Birthday was my 18th. Friday was the last day of School (muck up day) and we annihilated the place. After we played a gig with for some of my closest mates and then on Saturday I had a party at the Seafield Club with all my friends and we walked into town afterwards to continue the party. Good times.

  8. My parents bought some and they are really looking forward to it. I'm deciding if I want to go or not but it's sure to be an amazing night. Does anyone know who is supporting and why he's playing Aberdeen? Is it a warm up to a festival etc?

Apologies if this has already been answered.

  9. You do realise that photo shows two kids asked by a photographer to hold ps3 pads while the 13 year old dude holds the baby? I can pretty much guarantee they weren't playing Saints Row while the kid held the kid.

Incidentally, I was playing the original GTA (rated 18) at the age of 13 and so far have managed to avoid killing anyone, or having any children*. The Sun are just trying to create further mischief by getting the "computer games make kids killers" PC mob on the case. Hey! It sells papers!

*This may be because I'm too motherfucking ugly to get near a woman... who knows?

And you look like the guy out of road trip it has to be said.

  10. I just got my o2 broadband now installed and its great.

Free customer service over the phone 24/7. It's even free off my mobile.

Also I asked about the unlimited downloads. I asked if I downloaded a terabyte every month would they have any problem with that and they said no. Unless I was found using illegal activities like spam emails they wouldn't ever contact me about downloads. Maybe not completely unlimited but I doubt many people download over a terabyte a month...

  11. I was in Stavanger last year for a few days. It was really nice and we took a boat into the Fjords which was breathtaking. The weather was really good too which was surprising.

Also if you are a wine drinker then be prepared as you cannot buy it in regular shops. They have a wine monopoly and it costs so much to buy from there. You can buy in the airport's Duty Free and you'll save a lot of money.

Eating and drinking out is generally very expensive however its just something you have to put up with in Norway, but it was such a nice place.

    Have a good time.
