  1. He talked back to the referee I think, but Baines and Barkley were screaming at both Arteta and the referee, and the referee was right next to Barkley as he puts Arteta on his arse. No idea how Barkley and Baines didn't get a card as well.

Ref was terrible in the Liverpool game as well. West Ham's goal was comedy. Should never have stood. Carroll slaps Mignolet on the head in mid-air, though it was probably caused by Skrtel shoving Carroll into Mignolet. Jamie Redknapp called Carroll's contact on Mignolet an "assault" at half-time. Assault.

Jamie, do you remember last season, when Andy Caroll delivered what can only be described as a full tilt flying headbutt at David De Gea?

Do you remember what your reaction was, Jamie? Do you remember simply chuckling out loud at the replay and saying "Welcome to England, son"? You probably don't. And that's okay. It was a long time ago. Impartiality, Jamie. It's what you're paid for, right?

It was a foul on Mignolet, though only just. But "assault"? Tit.

    You sound angry.

  2. I just can't imagine being so retarded and sad that I feel the need to hire a plane with a banner to make my feelings clear about a manager.  If you're not happy just boo or something.

    Stupid Prawn sandwich brigade.

  3. This grievance popped into my head today. I can't be doing with people who comment on music you are listening to as "depressing", as if listening to it will have you slitting your wrists after 5 minutes. I wonder if these folk can only listen to happy music in case their fragile and malleable brains interpret the emotion of the music literally and retreat to a corner for a good cry. I guess they only ever listen to "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves. Even using the term happy is myself over generalising, but I've met far too many people who categorise music as either good or depressing. Depressing seems to be any type of music less than 90 bpm, as it's not like I'm blasting out "Berlin" by Lou Reed 24 hours a day. Not recently anyway.

    Calm down emo.

I've not done any serious outdoor running for a long time.  I have for the past year and a half though being doing regular running on the treadmill whilst at the gym, at most 5k each time.  My best being 22:03.  I did a 10k on the treadmill this time last year and that was like 46mins, but it's very boring running for that long in a gym.

So, went out this evening after work and did a sub 50min 10k.  Piece of piss.  I'm back.
