Looking for a cheap as chips uke just for messing about on. I know they fairly inexpensive as it is, but if anyone has one going I'm interested...unless it's those spongebob ones!

I agree. I gig with a 5 watt amp! Never a need for a 100watt I don't think

...I think every musician gets this. Just see it out. Add new songs to the bands set list? Book fewer gigs so they become more looked forward to?

I don't know your ability but why not look at booking some lessons in a different style or even another instrument to kick the music spark back? May even influence you in your 'Eminor' solos.

I would disagree with that. I never asked you to deliver it but made sure I picked it up around you, also offered several times to pay you to post it. If you don't think it's your responsibility to meet with someone to trade an item you have kindly offered for free, don't use the freecycle page.

Anyway, my point is don't be treating meiklejohn so unfairly when you can't follow the standard of trading on a forum yourself!

I think you should start a new topic for the tele. funny, as numerous posts about it is what started this all off!

I don't want to start off a big argument here, but I have had dealings with meiklejohn that have been easy and straight forward. I was supposed to get something that flights promised me(on freecycle thread), only to be constantly ignored and led on to several possible meetings and then bailed on, and then later found out he had already traded the item to someone else (as far as I know, flights still has the item waiting for me). I have since paid for said item from young adolescent who, despite his rep, was also very easy to deal with.

They may not be able to post well, but, they are reliable and if you want to know more info about their admittedly shoddy posts, you can always pm them

I have an old Washburn electro-acoustic guitar, free to a good home. It's a single cutaway job and has a washburn preamp thing. The back of the neck has had a few whacks but does not effect the playability.

 

If anyone wants it, drop me a line and it's yours.
