  1. Not long back from seeing it, thought it lived up to expectations and then some.

Pretty much agree with everything Lucky has said, thought the lack of depth in Catwoman lends itself to a spin-off more than an oversight by Nolan IMO.

Scarecrow also made an appearance in TDK did he not aswell?, seems to be a recurring cameo just for shits and giggles and a possible return?.

I thought the way everything finished up at the end was great, I only hope that they don't chose to re-boot the series and that someone carries on the franchise, its too good to change it up, nowhere near stale yet.

  2. Sister Ick brings you:

    Dolfinz

Usually a 2 piece, I am led to believe this will be a bit different. In their current form Dolfinz hail from Stonehaven and in little over a year since the band started they have toured the length of the country at least 3 times by my reckoning and have a butt-load of releases behind them already, most recently is a 4-way split 12" released by Edinburgh based Song By Toad with Paws, Waiters and Sex Hands ( you can listen to some songs on this sampler http://songbytoadrecords.bandcamp.com/album/song-by-toad-records-2012-sampler). Expect plenty of lo-fi grooves and pop songs about girls from uni and the movies.

    Fantasy Rainbow

  3. I thought Tyrion's "rally the troops" speech was a little tame, mind you. "Those men are brave also. Lets go kill them." Should definitely have been "let us go and kill them." It just didn't sound right.

Totally agree, it was akin to what I imagine David Cameron's would be in a similar situation, "tally ho chaps". It was a shame as he had played a blinder before that.

    (possible spoiler)

Although in contrast, flameboy's "Any man dies without blood on his sword, I'll rape his fucking corpse" was amazing.

  4. The fucks the point in a list of names without a description?

    I dig:

CATH Records- Based in Glasgow, tape label run by the guys in PAWS and Sean Armstrong, tapes out by Dolfinz and PAWS already. http://www.facebook.com/cathrecords

Winning Sperm Party- Glasgow based aswell, put on gigs too. Released likes of Ultimate Thrush and Playdoh www.winningspermparty.com

Utarid Tapes- Tapes again, Screamo/punk releaes in the coolest packaging, fucking love tapes

I put out one record (What price wonderland?//Syn*Error Split) under the title "Thank You Records", it was all pretty underground

  5. A number of things with this before I've even listened to it:

    1. "David" Limond? It's Brian.
    2. Limmy isn't funny any more. He's just crass and insulting, a la Frankie Boyle.
    3. Mainly number 2 again.

Edit: Yeah, that sounds nothing like Limmy (the comedian with a short-lived comedy series on BBC Two).

Ehhhhh a third series is being made...
