  2. Hey, I need to ask the aberdeen scene 4 sum help! :help:

My band are half way thru arranging a tour end of Aug and are having trouble with transport...

    Here are our problems:

    1. We are under 21 (so hiring ourselfs is out of the question)

    2. There are 4 of us (so most normal vans are unavailable)

    3. We will need space for all our equip.. :band:

    4. Little money

Ideally we'd like to have our own van and be free to tour around for 2 wks, but what has every1 else done in this situation? Do u pay 4 a driver and then rent or just try an find a 5 seater van that goes and is cheep? We know that whatever we do we'l b out of pocket, but we're hoping there are ways of coordinating the logistics of it all, that maybe some of u who are in bands have come across..?

    Thanks a lot,

    Steve :D

  3. So what does my band have to do to support Reel Big Fish say, when they come up in September? We have played with King Prawn, Capdown, Jesse James, Whitmore, Caffeine, No Comply, Parkinsons amongst others. And we're going on a Scottish tour over summer and then recording a new cd.. Our music/style would fit perfectly with the likes of RBF, but we tend to sit back too much and probably miss opertunites like this.. so hope u dont think im being to arrogant or anything.. I think its amazing what you are doing with Moshulu and the kind of gigs ure gettin 4 Aberdeen thats why I want 2 make the most of it 4 highlighting our band aswell. The best thing about it all aswell is that every1 is making the most of it: like giving floggin an amazing reaction etc. it all pays off, ppl seem to have listend to what the Capown singer had said also about how lucky we r 2 have a venue like this on our doorstep and how we should all support it..

    Cheers, Steve

  4. Hey, im designing a website on dreamweaver mx for my band, Im quite new to web design and I don't know much about who are the cheepest/best servers to host with and how easy/hard it is to do..etc.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction of sum useful links?

    Cheers, Steve_Start

  5. Hey, cheers, em, we've been selling the tickets for 4, but im not trying to raise any competition (of 50p)!

Cool Flyer, don't think I've seen use play before Scott, but i got ure mp3s the other day, should be a cool gig!

Are Graveltrap bringing support? Because we got more new songs we might try sneak sum in if we get more time?

    Cheers, Steve
