  1. The fact that Macrocosmica are no more is shite! They were an awesome band and we (Perineum) were fortunate enough to share a bill with them in Dundee. Art Of The Black Earth and Farewell To Earth are weapon as fuck! Buy them and become enlightned.

  2. Juding by the band name you must be from Broughty Ferry.

Im afraid not, although our drummer is. Myself and anAll (the basstard) are Dundee born and bred. Can I ask why you assumed that we hail from the Ferry of Broughty?

Cheers for the nice words folks:)

  3. Just incase anyone is interested we have aquired a new drummer in the form of Robin Sutherland, local Dundonian knob-twiddling, recording mofo whos expertise can be heard on such albums as Laeto's Zwoa and Spyamp's GTi to name but a few. We are hoping to be back at full speed again in the new year and returning to Aberdeen is a priority. Watch this space!

On a different note, you can now download the live tracks that are up on our MySpace page if you want.

    Cheers.

    Uncle F.

  4. Cheers ya'll! :) Thankyou for the kind words.

For those of you who may be interested, Perineum have recently aquired a new drummer in the form of Robin Sutherland who is coincidentally the knob twiddler behind Spyamp's GTi, Laeto's Zwoa and my own solo effort. We have a couple of gigs lined up in Dundee in December and providing everything goes well, we shall return to granite behemoth in the new year. :rockon:http://www.myspace.com/perineumtheband

Im also working on the follow-up to Nine Songs in the shed at the bottom of my parents garden. Hopefully I will have something ready in March time (fingers crossed) and no doubt will be coming out again through Pet Piranha. If anyone is ever needing an out-of-town solo performer for an Aberdeen gig then please give me a shout - fritz@petpiranha.com :)http://www.myspace.com/yourunclefritz

    Cheers

  5. I feel he may merely have meant 'blow everyone away in a rocking sort of style and or raise the roof' But then again...

    Jim

I believe that is a task we can acheive. However, as I have already stated, it is very unlikely our music will cause physical distress to the man-made structures that collectively represent Aberdeen.

Just letting you all know to avoid any possible dissapointment.
