  1. So my final list of top fucking notch drummers goes like this :

For Killer speeds while maintaining that wanted groove

    Pete Sandoval

    Derek Roddy

    Dave Lombardo

Frost - Check 1349's cover of Buried By Time and Dust

    -------------------------

    For Technical and utmost swaveness

    Mike Portnoy

    Dennis Chambers

    Ian Paice

    --------------------

    For fast and accurate

    Vinni Paul

    Hellhammer

    Brann Drailor

Surly the drummer from Cryptopsy should be somwere in that list and Dave Witt and Brian Harvay

Not being a cock just thought you would like thoes guys.

  2. What is your knowlege of throry so far?

if you dont know no theory i could prob help you with that and could help with left hand as that is prob my strongest point.

Do you think you could happily play:

    Victor Wooten

    Stu Hamm

    Michael Manring

Take classical scores and put them on bass

Cryptopsy (some of the hardest shit i have seen and amazing for left hand)

I would say im a little above that so if your compotent with that stuff im prob no use to you but you never know.

  3. Thats just amazin' date=' to play that well id have to give up work and play 9hrs a day for years, ill definately be keepin a look out for that guys work. Superb![/quote']

Ye he is amazing, and dosnt seem to have the regognition(sp) that the likes of Wooten, Hamm, Clark have. He as a new album out, called soliloquy or something. All solo bass pieces. its amazing.

  4. harmonics are pretty simple on it. fair enough the chord 1s are harder. but id say guitar harmoics seem harder (from my point of view as a bass player)

He is playing false harmonics in places, which on a 3 octave fretless neck is far far harder than playing harmonics on a guitar IMO. Taking in mind his intonation is next to perfect.
