Radio 1/ Nme Stage ( What a mouthful to say)

Rap Star : Ill Killa
Pop Star : Joey King (how rubbish!)
Rock Star: Jake Lake
Country Star : J.D. Guthrie

Good choice! 'Ice Hockey Hair' is definitely in my top 5 - it's epic! My number one' date=' however, is 'Plastic Palace People' by Scott Walker - a symphony in a song.[/quote']
Didn't know whether to choose that or "The Man don't Give A F*ck", this line from ice hockey hair swayed my vote for it though
"Table tennis rules, their so confusing it's not played by fools", don't know why but its such a great line

Super Furry Animals - Ice Hockey Hair

Its quality not quantity...
That's what they all they say!

What is everyone's biggest win, just won the final on the cup 13-0 against hertha berlin on 6 stars, I also beat my mates that much they have named a goal after me the martin rebound when you hit a shot and score the rebound (duhhh! )

Anyone here go to the gig, one of the best most different gigs I have ever been to.
He really was a one man band, and who was that guy after the gig in the funny glasses interviewing the crowd, something to do with triptych?
Moooose!

Can't wait for tonight, have bought his solo album which should be interesting to hear live, It would be great if he does any SFA songs maybe an acoustic Hello Sunshine?
-
Cant wait to see the super furry animals, saw them a couple of years ago at t in the park and they were really amazing, hope the new albums a classic, anyone heard any of it
-
I thought the editors were great, had heard munich and bullets before and so was great to hear them live,
First time Ive seen little kicks thought they were good as well, one of mates I was with preferred them to the editors

does anyone know how much the tickets are?
6.60 including booking fee, thats how much I was anyway

I think you're referring to the Rolling Stones Rock N' Roll Circus from 1968. Lennon (guitar/vox)' date=' Richards (bass), Clapton (lead guitar) and Mitch Mitchell from The Jimi Hendrix Experience on drums, collectively known as The Dirty Mac. They played "Yer Blues" from The Beatles "White Album".
The Who played at the same event, completely upstaging the other performers. Hence the reason the Stones blocked the release of the film for twenty years...[/quote']
Pity it wasnt keith moon on drums, still an impressive line up though, cheers for correcting me
-
I remember seeing some rolling stones DVD called rock and roll circus I think, and one of the songs in it was performed by
John Lennon
Keith Richards
Eric Clapton
and Keith Moon
now thats a line up
Anyone else seen this can't remember what song they done

Yeah according to the lemon tree site it has sold out, don't know so much stuff from the knew album but cant wait for the old ones, take the long raod and walk it, the people etc..
Anyone know who the support is, I've tried to find out and seen 3 different bands, the subways, the longcut and the engineers
Am prob wrong as this could be all old support bands from old tours

The Futureheads - Hounds Of Love
The Ordinary Boys - Little Bitch
Worst cover I heard was Audioslave doing white riot, absolutely terrible
-
I really did hope they were gonna re-schedule their gig up here last year, doesn't look like thats gonna happen now, absolutely gutted they were so good in glasgow a couple of months back at the nme awards show tour
-
I hope Livi go down, the arabs should stay up (improving slightly, last two defeats were 3-2 against Celtic and Hibs, although next game is against rangers) always good beating them in the derbies as well, I think dunfermilne will finish above livi
And to comment on their pitch, I'm sure anyone would rather play on that than the don's pitch, the tv pictures dont do justice to how bad it is
-
I think their a decent band, its not a classic but still quite a good album, next single 'Everyday I love you less and less' definitely different from 'I predict a riot' and 'Oh my God'
-
I will go for O'Neills, had many a drunken night there
-
What a great new name for the kaiser chiefs, "Hustla chiefs"

Here are some pictures of them, 'oh yeah' the bassist is hot

Derek Ferguson' date=' older brother of Barry played for the mighty JTs in the 90s. Not my team, but John Sutton's playing (badly by all accounts) for Dundee at the moment.[/quote']
He's not doing that bad, set up the equalizer on sat against the dons
Only memory of andy dow I have is when he got booked for deliberate handball, he picked the ball up before it went out of play which was funny
-
I'll be there, heard there song 'Oh Yeah' a few times on different channels, not to bad

I agree in that they are an underated band, their debut album was definately their best but still some great songs on the other ones, hope they come to aberdeen soon, was gutted they cancelled last time they were due to play up here, I only saw them at T in the park a couple of years ago, was a bit sun burnt so didnt enjoy it so much
