I have a question for people who wear contacts and make-up.

I am thinking of wearing contacts for going out etc.. but is most make-up suitible for contact wearers or should you wear hypoallergenic/sensitive stuff?

Also is it ok to put then lenses in first or after?

We use ad-aware 6.0 which finds adware, and quartines it. it seems to do a good job. I am not sure if it is availble on the net though, sorry.

I think it is tommorow, and on the news it said there was another carribean festival to *complemt* it in hyde park i think. The committe for the Notting Hill carnival were none to pleased about it..

Just so people know, i have been informed that yesterday they were having problems with the camera, and it was offline for a while.

I think they are also only showing certain bands - they didnt show they headliners between 8-11pm.

I am hoping they do tonight - i want to see the foo's!!

You are right, it is sad that people die everyday of starvevation yet we waste so much/gorge ourselves. but the western world is different, because we have such easy access to food we dont feel guilty about wasting it.

As for people who comfort eat, it is easy to mock but not easy for the person. I agree that she was eating a massive amount in one sitting and i know of no one who can/will consume so much in one sitting.

When you comfort eat because of personal distress, in this case being lonley, you get stuck in a circle. you have no one, so console yourself with food, which makes you put on weight. with people mocking the fat you feel worse, so then console yourself with food. etc etc

people cope with distress in differnet ways, some cut themselves, some drink, some cut themselves off. would we be so quick to mock them?

I love bran flakes, but i rally really hate it when they break up into small pieces, then when you add milk its like a big mushy mess. ick.

i had a dream last night that bf's bro bedroom door was taken off, as was the bathroom door. bathroom door was then put on bf's bro door space...

well, here in reading it has been pishing down rather hard all day, and i got soaked twice. Had abit of a giggle/felt sorry for the people queing to get into the festival site, but i have now been left by untitled to go pitch his tent at the site.

just as well i have a few things to watch on tv tonight, but boy am i going to be bored this weekend!

I think my best so far was my last. worked over xmas for direct wines in the call centre. 7.30 per hr, got about 200 a week. brilliant place to work, then they got rid of me while i was on holiday. that was the crappist bit...

I am unemployed at the moment which sucks. i get 44 a week to live off, but have too much time on my hands. worst is, i am settling into a routine of it now.

My dream job i think would either be a reflexologist or a special effects make up artist, but both can be pretty pricey to train for so i am not willing to get myself into debt for it.

Totally unfamous, but got on the local news. My uncle drove the road sweeper for the council years back. went into a shop one day to get fags or something, and the handbrake didnt go on properly, and mentioned road sweeper went through the doors of the local woolworths....

and people still tried to go into the shop to buy things that day!
