Just wanted to add my feelings to this thread - we (Indafusion) will really miss Drakes. I don't think we've ever played a more friendly, supportive and accomodating venue. Each of the five times we've played up there we've been made to feel really welcome by everyone and it's just rocked. Hats off to Sharon, Jim and Brian and everyone we've met at gigs. The Fudge gig last Thursday was ace - really glad that our last show there was such fun, despite the sad news. My abiding memory of Drakes will be as a venue which really cared about the bands: a rare, wondrous, sweaty box of rockus maximus fabness. thanks all Martin x Indafusion
