I got a yamaha rock tour custom (see avatar), 1980's like, but wouldnt trade it for anything, certainly not a pearl kit.

note: i only paid 500 for it.

ive cracked 2 pro sonix 16"ers, it makes me sad But yea, the pro sonix cymbal starter pack, combined with the FX pack is a good set for anyone, 300 quid ish prolly. I actually took my 16" AAX metal crash back, coz i prefered the pro sonix sound

dont buy a starter pack, go on ebay and get a second hand semi-pro kit. Something like a yamaha stage custom or something. ull find they normally throw in a few cymbals, sabian pro's or something. get stands, they cost a lot new. 2 crashes a ride and hats is all u want to start off with.

being a drummer, the reason i hate the white stripes is the drumming.

There was a local band back home that played deftones, all female band, the drummer done ok i gotta say, havent seen many others.

18 years old, just moved to aberdeen for uni, doing design

been playing drums for 6 years, (basically all through high school). Played all sorts of music from the distillers to grease (i actually drummed the whole musical fairly recently haha ). Favourite bands include funeral, killers, billy talent, no doubt etc. Also like bands like slayer, and all the usual classics. I do own my own kit, but its unlikely it'll make an appearance obviously .
