I notice he is coming back to the UK again later this year and playing relatively small venues. I think we've got some suitable locations here, someone just needs to make him aware of that fact!
Its not a totally unrealistic thought, is it? Im positive itd be a sell out

Id like to attempt to make a band. Im 22 and play guitar.
Looking for open minded, dedicated individuals. A singer, a drummer and a bassist might be good...?
Influences are vast...Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Silverchair, RATM, The Beatles, U2 etc These are by no means favourite bands, but more like the type of band id like to be part of...? Make sense?

I have a spare if anyone would like to buy it?

Im looking for a good quality microphone for home recording using a zoom digital multi track.
The mic would ideally be used for vocals & acoustic instruments...
Would it be better to get a seperate mic for voice & instruments?
Any advice recommendations would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

21 year old guitarist
Id like to be in an original/diverse band. A musical project without boundaries.
Experience is not important.
I am influenced by many. I would like it to be a rock band, if a "label" were required. Maybe a little bit alternative...? An alternative rock band.
Influences ranging from Led Zep, The Beatles, Incubus, Pearl Jam, Black crowes, GNR, Springsteen, Dylan, The Doors...Etc Etc, Just a few of a neverending list...
Hopefully this message makes sense to someone out there...
I thank you

Looking for singer/guitarist/musicians
21 year old guitarist looking for singer/guitarist.
Id like to be in an original/diverse band. A musical project without boundaries.
I have little band experience. So think itd be good to find a singer foremost. A singer who may strum a few chords, whom i could "jam" with. We could write some songs perhaps. Share ideas, knowledge, learn etc etc.
Hopefully if the partnership were creatively successful, we could then look at getting more musicians involved, forming a band.
Experience is not important.

Im not strictly looking for only a singer, i just thought it would be good if things worked out that way. Anyone else that may be interested, please get in touch.
Hopefully this message makes sense to someone out there...
I thank you

I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on these guitars & whether or not this particular one would be a good investment for just under 400?
Many people say that Japanese strats can be of a better quality than American? I have no idea? A Mexican might be a better option, perhaps cheaper? Many say brand new instruments sound crap, should i search for a nicely aged strat? So many questions!!!
Im pretty unsure of what to do, all i know is that it looks lovely & ive been told that its a rather good deal, albeit by the guy offering it to me...
It has an alder body apparently & texas special pickups. It is a 2006 model.
Please, any advice, info etc would be greatly appreciated.

Its an "acoustic solutions" guitar, never heard of this brand previously.....Probably a lot worse than the squire....
She tried playing my guitars & was put off because it was so hard for her to play....She just needs something to get to grips with, that is in proportion with her...This way she can get into guitar & hopefully move on2 one of mine...
I dont know what ill do now...She would need a smaller instrument, but most of whats available, on a budget, is of a low quality & could have the opposite of the intended effect.
I started on a crappy nylon acoustic...The thing was un playable & i thought id never learn....I can barely play the thing now!
