    I have never been so excited by a rugby match! I did grab a random's leg in all my excitement... But then, I was nearly beaten up. Seeing as I was one of two scottish people in the pub....

    But oh it was worth it.

  10. Travelling to Paris, Help required

    I don't know how much you can spend, this may not be any help to you as its about £70 a night. However i stayed there when i went to paris this summer and it was a great hotel. Its literally a 30 second walk from the louvre, walking distance from the seine, musee d'orsy, verseilles, notre dam, and there's a metro station again 30 seconds walk away. The porters are mega helpful with anything you need (be it directions to somewhere, or a doctor should you manage to get ill while you're there as I did- nothing to do with the hotel I can assure you!!).

    The breakfasts not great but you can take as much as you want to set you up for a hard day's sight seeing! It's also pretty easy to get there from the airport, just hop on the train then get a cheap taxi/walk if you're feeling adventurous.

    Anyway the hotel is the "Louvre Saint Honore", address: 141 rue St-Honore

    when they didn't fumble they scored tries.........

    Ah, but the strong scottish defence forced alot of those errors. And in fairness, when the french did score tries, they were stopped repeatedly by the scottish defence first. Will the scots play another team with such relentless attack?

    I cannot wait for this weekend, and next!!

    Draconian Tattoo , on George Street, is very good. I know people who've also had good experiences at Retro Rebels, but I personally would recommend Draconian.

    Losing some weight won't affect your tattoo. Major weight gain/loss (like gettin pregnant :p) might stretch a tattoo on your tummy for example, but a bit of gain/loss won't affect it (at least, thats what they told me when i got mine done).

    is the offside rule the same as football or something different?

    Nope, its different. Theres a bit more to it; like if someone kicks the ball, and you're infront of them, you're offside (regardless of where the opposition are) until they run past you (so basically once you kick the ball you leg it). Also in rucks (thats when somebody gets tackled and goes to ground and then theres lots of people) you have to come from behind your own player, you cant come from infront or the side.

    its such a beautiful game.

    hurts tho!
