  1. all death metal (Murderdolls' date=' Slipknot, Marlyn Manson etc, grow up for fucks sake)[/quote']

Although I'm kinda copying Stu on this one, I feel this point needs to be emphisized a bit more. What the fuck planet do you live on!? Marilyn Manson, a death metal band!? Bah!

    Get your head checked mate.

    anything else thats 'arty'

Yet again' date=' what the fuck are you on!? Since when have Coldplay ever been classed as artistic? The bams love it for fuck sake, and they're minds get blown over a single, monotonous beat. As for the comment against so called "Arty" music, asides the fact some of these bands are kinda up their asses half the time, they often make some damn cool music. And judging from the examples of bands you give I'm going to risk a guess that you haven't got a fucking clue what music even is.

and anything played on a les paul

Final point. How the fuck can you justify this one? I mean how dumb is that:

Some random idiot: "I hate all music played with certain instruments that are made by * insert random manufacture */certain styles of * insert random model "

Get fucked, how the hell can you say that you hate things by instruments. Considering the fact that alot of bands seem to use lots of instruments in the recording process to give a memorable sound, I think thats a pretty stupid approach to musical taste.

  2. "You had alot to say. You had alot of nothing to say.

Come down. Get off your fuckin' cross.

We need the fuckin' space to nail the next fool martyr.

    "Can I help You?

Ummm... Can I get some Soundgarden tickets please.

Yes" Bonus track on 40 More Reasons To Hate Us by Anal Cunt

The following are all by Agoraphobic Nosebleed

"They implanted bombs in their stomachs

and when they started to talk

    their tummies would feel funny.

They knew the bombs were activated." Bombs With Butterfly Wings

"Kick the shit out of you" Domestic Solution

  3. Gary Jules - Mad World (just that line - the dreams in which I'm dying...)

Hate to be an arse, but this is a common mistake. It was Michael Andrews who did this version, Gray Jules only featured on it. Although many may disagree that Jules was the main person on it due to him doing vocals.

Cool track though, far better than the Tears For Fears version.

Oh, and back on topic, No Surprises by Radiohead.

  4. 'When Fire Rains Down From the Sky' date=' Mankind Will Reap As They Have Sown' By Annaal Nathrakh, off the album of the same name.[/quote']

What a track. It makes me want to raise money to buy lots and lots of black metal. Or sodomize some christians...

    Can't decide. :help:

  5. Not particularly favourites, but ones that I can remember:

"I'd Rather Burn You Than Love You" Caffine by The Dillinger Escape Plan

    "You are someone else,

I am still right here" Hurt by Nine Inch Nails

"So I've got some Advice for you, little buddy.

Before you point your finger You should know that I'm the man.

If I'm the fuckin' man then you're the fuckin' man as well,

So you can Point that fuckin' finger up your ass.

All you know about me is what I've sold you, Dumb fuck.

I sold out long before you ever heard my name.

I sold my soul to make a record, Dip shit, And you bought one.

All you read and Wear or see and Hear on TV

  6. Doesn't seem a happy week at all on these boards.

Don't know about crying, but uplifting shit would include:

    • Weak And Powerless by A Perfect Circle (Thirteenth Step)

    • The Noose by A Perfect Circle (Thirteenth Step)

    • Farewell Note To This City by Converge (Petitioning The Empty Sky)

    • Further by Cult Of Luna (The Beyond)

    • Be Quiet And Drive (Far Away) by Deftones (Around The Fur)

    • Pink Maggit by Deftones (White Pony)

    • In Lieu by Icarus Line (Mono)

    • Holy Trinity Church Student Bar by Palehorse (Gee, That Ain't Swell)

    • Sun Starved Day by Palehorse (Gee, That Ain't Swell)

Personally, I think it's a cool list. Maybe others would have a different opinion, but that was what I came up with at a rough glance through files on my comp.

    Meh.

  7. ...how long will it be before boys are wearing tampons

    * ponders * Wouldn't that dry out the anus and prevent removal of it.

    * Pictures the scene at A&E *

Bitch at desk: "And what is the problem sir?"

That over adventurous cunt "Well..." :D

  8. What do you mean' date=' Neale?[/quote']

It's exactly as I said it. It's a nice way of putting it. I can think of a lot more fitting descriptions, which I have already expressed to you before, so I shall leave it for you to remember about, rather than bringing another pointless arguement to the boards.

  9. why the fuck did I just post that, I haven't even seen Vomitus play yet. Should have went this evening. Ah well, only remembered about it a while ago.

I've been listening to gorgoroth too much. Bah!

    * slams the door on his way out *

  10. but why not just order said albums at the counter?

Guess that would be the logical thing to do, but I never really have the time to order things. Guess I should prob give it a go at some point.

Anyways, yeah, I think that delivery dates would be a good thing to have in knowledge anyways, so any info would be a help.

  11. HA, the wonders of sold out albums.

Does anyone know the delivery dates for the record stores in Aberdeen at all, in particular One Up and Virgin. Trying to get my hands on some albums that seem to sell quickly.

As always, Cheers for any and all useful replies.
