  1. GILMAN FOR SUPPORT!

    please.

yeah i have a "rare" caffeine sticker on the good ol' les-paul AND the old singer (who by the way is way better than the new guy) has one of MY picks i bet he's still got it but framed and he only takes it out to touch himself with it everynowandthen.

but yeah i've seen em everytime they've been here.

    deesc.

  2. My old Zoom 1010 multi fx pedal gave up the ghost a few years ago. The problem seemed to be a ropey power input socket - it had been a bit wobbly for a while. If anyone thinks that they could fix it for a sensible price (say 10-15) then I'd be interested in getting it done' date=' as I had a few good patches on there.[/quote']

argh my zoom is a piece of shit and the input and output jacks are shit and have needed multiple repairs and done get me started on the power thingy.

anyone wanna buy it just out of curiosity?

cheap as if you want a cheap laugh/toy.

  3. i recall a few times where you asked gilman to play a few weird songs.

but yeah i agree with ash however the line about the dude taking off his shoe and signalling to number 2 cracks me up.

alas i cannot attend this show as I am/was at the ice-rink being a faggy ice-hockey player type guy. dammit. still got my cd thoughbut it doesn't do justice to the live real thing in my opinion and if you've heard the cd they really are that good and more.

    i am finished.

  4. Mine is good ol' Gibson.

I have a Les-Paul Special and it fucking rocks. Sounds amazing on distorsion. Well comfy aswell and light as fuck. Also Gibson make SG's which also kick so much ass and i reckon I'm buying me one of those next.

Fender come close methinks after having purchased a "Fat" Strat and the clean tone of the single coils is well smooth but Gibson beats it.

    What do you think?

  5. Norman's Fetish and the 44's weren't my cup of tae although the singing in Norman's Fetish was deesc and the 44's well................................they just fancy themsevles too much.

but Howard's Alias, HOOOOOOOOLEEEEEEEEEEESHEEIT. They were totally awesome and beat the shit outta the 44's in a violent manner on all counts. Also the singer was amazing aswell you could totally tell he was well into what he was doing and I'd like to say a big fuck you to those people who were mocking him standing behind me.

  6. dunno if it's appropriate to advertise them here or not but meh.

CCM 155 ice hockey skates size 6.

were origionally 80 but i reckon they're worth about 50 now so whatever.

moderate wear from playing hockey and they're recently sharpened too.

i kinda need more cash to buy a new pair cos im now a size 9 and it's quite a squeeze and i'd like new skates before the next season. so aye, wanna buy my skates?

  7. mehe. how i snigger at this news.

creed were up there with bands like nickleback in terms of how much they pissed me off and still continue to do so, at least now there won't be any more new ways for them to irritate people.

and is it just me or did the singer really REALLY want to be the guy from pearljam?

    he is a total scrotebag.

  8. yup only seen the video for this song once on mtv.

    kicks ass.

i also like the song called "close to me" or something like that anyway.

it's ace. but thats the only song by the cure really that i'm familiar with.

  9. i got one like copy left of the tam o'shantie compilation including songs from my band, quik, 10 easy wishes, psycho a go-go, 8 page pullout, sirius and a bunch of other bands from other places other than aberdeen and if you're too cool for any of that there's also a song by some band called alyssa's wish who seemed to be popular amongst all the cool cats and camie.

so buy it. only one left.

  10. "nicotine" by quik is pretty damn rockin as is "like a bullet through stained glass wings (or whatever it's called)" by My mind's weapon.

"whoops" by ten easy wishes is cool. on the cd i think it's cool with the xylophone/keyboard part. also "fraudulent" is a fave too.

the new stuff by point of origin is fuckin excellent too. can't really pick a particular fave though.

when sirius was around "15's close enough" rocked.

i like the new song by my band too. i wish i knew what it was called though.

    deesc.
