Has anyone watched Bloodline?

Anyone going to watch the copa america final tonight? Could be great. Argentina's attack clicked in the semi final but their defence still looks incredibly vulnerable so I'm hoping for a 5-4.

It's got a lot of potential as a tournament but it's pretty much all being wasted. Taking out the group stage is the obvious step to reducing games and there are other changes that could be made too, like holding the games in different weeks to Chanpions League fixtures.

I also like the idea of making it a single match competition not two legs. Home team is decided by luck of the draw like with the domestic cup competitions. That way you only need to win 7 or 8 matches to win it instead of 117 and every match counts. Maybe the semi finals could go back to being two legged ties. That's when people pay attention anyway.

The new Carly Rae Jepsen album is fantastic.

Anyone listened to the new Vince Staples album? I've only heard the first half but my first impression was very positive.

For the record I have no problem with someone not loving the classics. I just think Childish Gambino is incredibly shit.

And just the album title "because the internet" makes me want to punch him. 

Great show. I watched it all very quickly a couple of years ago.

Everyone's jumping the gun a bit aren't they? As far as I understand Inter have accepted a bid but Shaqiri agreeing to the move is far from done.

I hope it does happen though. 

I hate that the europa league is already starting it's too early. It's the biggest problem with the competition.

Finished 'A confedaracy of dunces' last night. very good, would read again, could not put down. very funny, good ending, should make into film with Zach Galifinarkioarz.

I've also been watching Orphan Black which is entertaining while pretty stupid and dumb.

I just started watching Orange is the new black recently. I'm on season 2 at the moment, it was a nice coincidence that 3 came out recently too. It's a very good show, the second season hasn't been quite as good as the first though.

Easily the weakest season so far and it's hard to see it getting any better next year. There just aren't that many great characters left.

Could the unsullied use their fucking short swords in these close combat bits. No wonder you're losing you knob, you're trying to use a spear when he's right on top of you.

Unsullied are meant to be super soldiers, masters of spear and short swords. In this show its just bloody spears all day.

Right, a super army keeps getting mauled by a bunch of amateurs wearing stupid masks that must be blocking their sight.

Also 2: Also Harder - the rise of burger joints opening up fucking everywhere. It's not fucking haute cuisine to eat a burger. It's, essentially, a form of sandwich. There is nothing special about sandwiches, however great they are. End this now.

A good burger is just about as good as food gets. However some places try to go way over the top in making it fancy and completely get it wrong.

I didn't think the final last night was that great of a game but it at least stated a contest for most of the match which I thought it might not after the early goal.

Somehow Pirlo looks scruffier in a shirt and tie than he does in a juve kit at the end of a match.

Mad Max - Fury Road

Awesome. I haven't seen anything quite like it before.

Motherwell dicking on Rangers was absolutely wonderful. I didn't want to say much after the first leg in case I spoke to soon but keeping them out of the top flight for at least another season is fantastic. I really didn't think Motherwell would do it either, after they got past Hibs I thought the fun was over for this season. Hopefully Hibs can beat them to the automatic promotion spot next season. 

I'm pleased for Inverness winning the cup, I think they deserved a cup to show for how well they've grown as a club. I also watched highlights of the FA cup final and the full match of the copa del rey. Both were too one sided to be called great games but at least there were some great goals. With Messi in this form it's hard to see Juve winning at the weekend. 

With the FIFA coverage referencing the 2016 Copa America a lot I forgot that there was one this year too. (why is that btw?) I wasn't really ready for football to completely stop so that should keep things going nicely.

I'd much rather have a tally van coming down my street than the Taliban.

I think Spurs and Liverpool should be kicking themselves for not taking it seriously. I think either side could have beaten Sevilla on the night. A major trophy and a path into the CL shouldn't be scoffed.

I think Sevilla are definitely better than both those teams. Liverpool don't look like they could beat anyone at the moment.
