Just wondering what people think of the new album?

I've listened to it twice and to be honest it's not what I expected at all. It has good bits and bad bits, I think it's more of a grower than BNW which was more of an instant album.

Face in the Sand kicks ass though! And I liked No More Lies a lot the second time I listened to it.

What Real music do you guys like or is it always Maiden?

Maiden is certainly far more real than anything I heard the Diaretics play last week. Sorry, but it's true, it was less like songs and more like a bunch of unfathomable noise.

But I forgot, they are obviously far better than Black Atom, who obviously haven't thought about the structure or melody of their music at all...

By the way, I do like many other bands, it's just that Maiden are my favourite. Are you too cool to have a favourite band? Cos they might not be hip with the kiddy-o s next week?

Considering there were only 9 people there at one point, I particularly enjoyed this gig. I had been worried that AndyXI and zombiemunch and all those wankers would be there cos they like the Tijuana switchblades, but it was cool cos I'd rather play to 9 people who like us than a big crowd who don't!

Thanks to the small amount of hardcore fans who actually bothered turning up, you rule, and you made sure this gig wasn't a total waste of time!

To be honest I don't think there'll be one, we would probably have known about it by now cos the album is only 4 weeks away (hooray!)

The last one was organised by Iron Maiden people as opposed to Paul Stewart, he just said yes and then sorted out bands etc.
