Which was silly, really, seeing as I've heard that about so many releases and then loved them after finally buying them. Bought it the other day, and I have to say it's pretty kick-ass. It's not as AC/DC esque as the last one was, which is maybe why I heard it getting slated. But I actually think it's a better record overall, more "them". They've kept the ballsy r'n'r, but gone back to their roots a little in terms of riffs and structure.
