I found out I had mildly high Cholesterol last year through a medical at work, which was scary, as I try to eat healthy and exercise, but as mentioned it can be hereditary and my mum then told me she had high cholesterol and her mum, since then I have cut out salt (I loved adding salt) I still have to check to see what the levels are this year, but it's definitely worth checking out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
