lovers_spit Posted December 1, 2007 Report Share Posted December 1, 2007 Two piece alt-rock band are seeking to recruit a competent drummer and bassist to write original material.The band is hugely ambitious, and between the two current members-Craig on vocals and rhythym guitar and Grant on lead guitar-we take in a gigantic range of influences, from Chopin, Saint-Saens and Debussy through Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, to modern day bands such as Broken Social Scene, Rumble Strips, Idlewild, Biffy Clyro, X-certs...We are looking to build up a large back catologue of material of great songs before playing gigs, and are really looking to hopefully get signed at some point.Both approaching 17 years old, keen to waste no time, practice around 3 times a week at my garage just off Queens road.We are looking for anyone with diehard enthusiasm and reasonable skill, and most importantly COMMITMENT to sessions.Anyone under 20 feel free to ask.Either drop us a line here or MSN: fist_of_light@hotmail.co.ukCheers, Craig Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
