Currently the house is in total refurbishment. New Kitchen and bathroom being fitted, also central heating being replaced and moved. Although i cant imagone it being finished in time, the room will be. Have had some bad experiences in the past so a female would be preferred. The room is in sheddocksley out of the city centre, local bar is quite good and the city centre is about a 20 minutes bus ride away, the room will be finished to a high standard ie new skirtings facing doors, skimmed walls, more than likely be furnished but does not have to be. So anyone looking for a room get in touch, but please remember that not all of the house will be finished before september but hoping to be finished quite soon after.
